The hotel offers a superb bar and very good Wi-Fi service. The location is absolutely perfect and amazing, right by an independently run restaurant with great food.- They provide a shuttle service to the airport.

Thank you for making our stay COMFORTABLE. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is polite and courteous. The restaurant food is excellent, and the breakfast offered is great with Strawberry fare and french coffee, as example. The venue has great and lovely location right by the park.

One of the best things about this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated close to the city centre, right next to Hagley Park, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, it's the perfect base for exploring Christchurch. We were thrilled to find ourselves surrounded by so many dining options just steps away from the hotel.
All was well during our stay.

Truly enjoyed the cheap and spotless room with a bath and the way it was setup. Everything was modern, yet a few employees were condescending. The location was marvellous and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from a public art gallery.
It had depressing views.

The restaurant here is a convenient spot for dinner with great food, we really enjoyed the excellent dishes; the view is amazing and the bed is comfortable, plus the friendly service and shuttle to the airport went above and beyond our expectations.

This hotel has an excellent location that is only a short walk from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. We also enjoyed that we were able to store our luggage here even after we checked out, which was really helpful since our flight wasn't until later in the day. the staff we interacted with were all very accommodating and friendly.
There were a few things we didn't love about our experience here, though. For one, the heating system in our room was a bit difficult to figure out and it ended up getting too warm during the night.
